Cycling - Transfer Discovery team have announced the biggest transfer in cycling this season. After clearing up his problems related to the spanish doping affair, Italian Ivan Basso has signed for Discovery Team and will make it official on Wednesday, team part owner and seven-time Tour de France champion Lance Armstrong told Italian newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.
