Cycling - Vuelta German veteran Erik Zabel recorded his first major win for Milram on Tuesday after holding race leader Thor Hushovd at bay to take Stage 4 in Caledes. Thus he has proved to the world, that he can still mingle with teh best in cycling, despite his 36 years.With his pulsating win, Zabel moves up to second place in the overall standings, seven seconds adrift of Hushovd. The Credit Agricole rider retains his overall lead after taking points in both intermediate sprints during the 135-km stage from Almendralejo to Caledes, the shortest of the race.

Formula 1 - 2007 Calendar The FIA has announced the calendar for the season 2007. There will be 17 races, one less than this season. The circuit from Imola and the GP of Europe have been excluded, while the GP of Belgium from Spa-Francorchamps will be reintroduced. Here is the full calendar 2007:
